Hi Natalie and Jean-Claude,

Steve and I chose Cappuvino for many reasons when we decided to make our own wedding wine. Economy of course was important, but there was also the friendly and laid back atmosphere at the Cappuvino which made everything easy and fun. We had as great a time making and bottling our wedding wine as our guests did drinking it- in fact, we almost ran out of white! Thanks very much- it was a wonderful part of the preparation and celebration.

Dear Natalie & Jean-Claude,

Thank you so much for providing such a fantastic service & cost effective option for my “wedding wine”!

It was easy to do, fun to make, and you saved me $150-$200 if I were to buy my wine another way.  And the quality was amazing!  I will be referring everyone I know to Cappuvino – what an inspiring business!

Sincerely,

Andrea & Joey

Cappuvino Wine Travels to Newfoundland
Daniel and Kyra were married last week in St Georges Newfoundland – Kyra’s home town. Although most people flew to Deer Lake – Daniel and myself (father of the groom) needed to drive to St Georges in order to transport our precious cargo – 10 cases of Cappuvino wine. Prior to volunteering for this assignment, I did not understand that wine can spoil if left in a car that over heats. You should not leave it anywhere where the temperature exceeds 20 degress C. Since this has been one of the warmest summers in recent years, we had to be very careful. There was no stopping and leaving the care locked up – meals were short and sweet on this trip. In order to keep the wine cool, we loaded all the cases in the back seat – this required more bending and twisting than I have wanted to do for many years.
We spent three days to get to the ferry in North Sydney, NS – we had a one day detour to PEI to take pictures of were Kyra and Daniel met. Each night we had to haul all 10 cases of wine into the hotel room and then reload the next morning. The first two nights weren’t too bad since we could either get a cart or park the car close to the room. On night three, our fortunes changed – we were on the upper floor of a hotel, and mid way down the hall – there was no cart or elevator. Many grunts and groans could be heard that night – my son owes me big time.
We did get the wine safely to the reception and it was enjoyed by all. I heard many people complementing the wine. Given that wine prices in Newfoundland are about 40 % higher than in Ontario – it was worth all of the effort. Cappuvino had made some custom labels for the wine bottles. The labels included an ink drawing of Kyra and Daniel with some text indicating the wine was for their wedding – these too were a big hit. Thanks Cappuvino !
